Convenient location: The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions nearby. It was great to be able to walk to all the main sights and not have to worry about transportation. Charming atmosphere: The hotel had a cozy and inviting ambiance, which added to the overall experience.
Lack of amenities: The room we stayed in was lacking some basic amenities. There were no tissues and very little equipment in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the famous Vecchi bridge and the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and assisting with restaurant reservations.

Our hosts were exceptional at customer service - beds changed daily, dinner reservations made, and taxi scheduled. Close to city center but peaceful. Loved the elevator and selection of free drinks. Highly recommended.

Authentic and cute atmosphere. The staff at Palazzo Martellini Residenza D'Epoca made me feel like part of a big family. I enjoyed a delicious meal with fellow guests, just like in Turkey in 1996. The rustic charm of the old building added to the unique experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable. It is very close to the city center, just down the street from the main attractions, and near the river. You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding bars. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained, although there might be some queuing at peak times. The staff provides great service and even offers a free dinner and sangria every night.
The breakfast provided at the hostel is a bit poor, but considering the free dinner and sangria, it's a small inconvenience.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Considering the affordable prices, they truly pay attention to every detail. The old-style original palace gives it a unique charm and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms, each with their own bathroom, are spacious and comfortable.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
